Dalia Pallacios — Sandwich Guru/ Assist. Mgr.
Dalia has been with Park City Bread and Bagel as long as anyone can remember. She is the smiling face that makes everyone’s food every day. One of the hardest working people in the world, PCBB wouldn’t be the same without her. She lives right here in Park City and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Interests: Disney movies, Kumbia Kings, PSP, and giving people she likes extra mini muffins.
Martin Martinez & Manny Paredes—Bakers
Martin has been with PCBB since the beginning of time. Hired before the shop was even open to the public, Martin is the man to thank for the delicious bagels we serve every morning. Martin lives in Park City and enjoys spending time with his kids and his kids-kids. All of whom have worked at the shop at some point.
Manny has been with PCBB off and on for the past six years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. His favorite band is Linkin Park.
Codi Jordan – Barista
Codi has been with PCBB for a few months now. Look for him running the register, making coffee, and showing off his extensive barista skills. He was born and raised in “The Valley” (Eden, UT). Codi graduated from the University of Utah, all the while playing guitar to help pay for school.
Codi’s band, The Codi Jordan Band (CJB), is one of the most well-known local bands in Utah. Check out their write-up in SLUG Magazine:
Codi Jordan knows how to drop some flow. On Vacation, he lets it all loose with his amazing lyrical abilities. It’s fascinating how a kid from Eden, Utah can have such a rich, amazing perspective on life and such a fantastic interpretation of rap reggae. The album’s production is smooth and Codi’s lyrics deal with such important issues as drinking games and pretty girls—important subject matter for any member of a fraternity. Codi Jordan is obviously the next up-and-coming musical superstar with scheduled appearances on Channel 2’s morning show and opening slots for the always-inspiring and original Royal Bliss.
Sam Noertker—Farmer’s Market Manager
Sam has been the Sunday Manager for a few years. Originally closed on Sundays while under previous management, Sam was given the keys to PCBB and told to “do whatever he could.” Sam has grown Sunday business into one of the busiest days of the week. Doing so with a staff of local high school kids, all while maintaining a 3.9 GPA and graduating high school in the top 5% of his class.
Sam turned down offers from M.I.T. and CalTech to attend the University of Utah this upcoming school year. He will be entering the honors program with the College of Engineering on scholorship. Originally wanting to follow in his brother’s footsteps to CalTech, Sam couldn’t help but notice the lack of skiing in Pasadena and opted to stay in Utah.
Interests: Skiing, longboarding, mountain biking, taking things apart, thinking too much, bumper stickers,

And when he’s not at home taking care of his pride and joy, you can find him running register and making coffee drinks every weekend and the occasional Thursday. Hobbies include: rafting, skiing, singing, building tree forts, and more.
