Adam Fehr — Owner
Adam took over Park City Bread and Bagel in July of 2008. He grew up in Lake Tapps, WA, before moving to Park City to study at the University of Utah. He graduated with a degree in Economics, minors in Business, Anthropology, and Powder Skiing.

Dalia Pallacios — Sandwich Guru/ Assist. Mgr.
Dalia has been with Park City Bread and Bagel as long as anyone can remember. She is the smiling face that makes everyone’s food every day. One of the hardest working people in the world, PCBB wouldn’t be the same without her. She lives right here in Park City and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Interests: Disney movies, Kumbia Kings, PSP, and giving people she likes extra mini muffins.
Mike “Jersey” Kull – Manager
Mike has been the manager at PCBB for the past six months. Born and raised in Summit, New Jersey (hence the nickname Jersey… because he’s from Jersey), Mike has been living in Utah for the better part of nine years. A graduate from the University of Utah, Mike has had a lifelong interest in running a successful Jersey-style deli. Fully armed with a plethora of unique sandwich ideas, keep an eye out for Jersey’s next delicious sandwich special.
Interests: snowboarding, mountain biking, film, sports, decathalons, and all things Jersey.
Martin Martinez—Master Baker
Martin has been with PCBB since the beginning of time. Hired before the shop was even open to the public, Martin is the man to thank for the delicious bagels we serve every morning. Martin lives in Park City and enjoys spending time with his kids and his kids-kids. All of whom have worked at the shop at some point.
Interests: boxing, tequila, and complaining.
David Tumpowsky – Night Manager

David “Tall Tee” Tumpowksy is Park City Bread and Bagel’s hard working night manager. Dave, a senior at Park City High School, will be attending Westminster College next year in order to pursue a potentially promising career as a ski bum. Dave is one of PCBB’s most experienced employees, having over two years experience selling bagels and making sandwiches.
Keep an eye out for David next time you’re skiing PCMR. He’ll be the kid from Park City, wearing a tall tee, and an extra tall jacket with a fur lined hood.
Nick Stephens – Sunday Manager
Nick has been working for PCBB for almost a full year. A junior at Park City High School, Nick is one of the busiest, hardest working, and concerned young kids you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. A native of the East Coast and huge fan of the Baltimore Orioles, Nick has been applying to some of the most prestigious schools in the country. He’s also a crucial member of the local jazz band. Stop by this Sunday and say “hi” to Nick.
Mike Kisow—Marketing, P.R.
A native of Pitssburgh, PA, and graduate of Cal U Penn., Mike has been in Utah for the majority of the last 5 years. He has been a part of the Park City Bread and Bagel staff for over a year now. A hard-worker, Mike is not afraid to volunteer for even the worst shifts, often working when no one else wants to. In addition to helping out at the shop, he is also an integral part of the Park City School District. Mr. Kisow, as he is known outside the shop, is in charge of the recent technology initiative that is aiming to put computers in every classroom and laptops in every bookbag. He is also a full-time grad student at The University of Utah.
When he isn’t at the shop, running around from school to school, being a good husband, or taking graduate classes, Mike tries to do a little skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.
Interests: skiing, ski patrolling, mountain biking, hiking, mountaineering, canyoneering, caving (not spelunking), googling, talking on the phone to family, doing computer stuff, checking Steep and Cheap and Tram Dock, and hanging out in Park City.

Sam Noertker—Weekend Manager
Sam has been the Sunday Manager for a few years. Originally closed on Sundays while under previous management, Sam was given the keys to PCBB and told to “do whatever he could.” Sam has grown Sunday business into one of the busiest days of the week. Doing so with a staff of local high school kids, all while maintaining a 3.9 GPA and graduating high school in the top 5% of his class.
Sam turned down offers from M.I.T. and CalTech to attend the University of Utah this upcoming school year. He will be entering the honors program with the College of Engineering on scholorship. Originally wanting to follow in his brother’s footsteps to CalTech, Sam couldn’t help but notice the lack of skiing in Pasadena and opted to stay in Utah.

R.I.P. Roujine and Yessica – We miss you.
Roujine Ballao — G.M.
Roujine is a son of a minister of the Church of Christ He spent the first 18 years of his life moving from city to city, as the church frequently asked the family to help out in various parts of the country. From Minnesota to New Jersey to Utah, Roujine has been heavily involved in his church.
Roujine has been with Park City Bread and Bagel for almost two years. Originally recruited as a cashier/barista, Roujine has worked his way up to general manager in a very short time. After a year of training with well-known Manager/Executive Chef, Dave VanPelt, Roujine was given the chance to run the shop himself. He jumped at the opportunity and has excelled. All by the age of 21.
Interests: Church, breakdancing, basketball, snowboarding, X-Box, children’s movies, the Sandlot, puppies, singing poorly, dumpster diving, driving all over Salt Lake, and pho.
Yessica Hunda — Barista
Yessica has been with PCBB off-and-on for a couple years now. She just recently finished high school and can be found running the register and making espresso drinks throughout the week at Park City Bread and Bagel. An expert in customer service and marketing, Yessica helps keep the dining area looking good, and our menus and signs even better.
Interests: fashion design, school, making fun of Roujine, and Xadrian.
